Camera caught on fire

Ever since I purchase the camera, haven't been happy with it. Never had clear picture, works when it wants to. And now it caught on fire.

User's recommendation: Purchase another camera it’s not worth the money or the monthly bill.

I broke 2 rods and an elbow on brand new blind and called to find parts got the run around when asked can find new ones

Bad cameras

I have 1 muddy and 1 stealth cam not currently working. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to talk to someone or reply to an email with no luck. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I did call a different number 2 weeks ago and talk to a lady not in customer service. Was told a supervisor would call me that day. Never did. Cameras worked great until they would not turn back on at all. Ive tried everything.

Sick of Waiting on part !!!!

Been waiting for a part since October, four calls, hear the same thing, will get right on it, 7-10 days and its now December, sent many emails, no response, this is getting real old!!!

*** service junk equipment

Nobody answered, I waited almost an hour before I decided to hang up. I have active service on my camera that is draining the batteries. Mind you, the camera is not that old. My time and money is being wasted on poor customer service and junk equipment.
